Welcome!
At Three Trees Connections, I guide women, and anyone who identifies with the experiences and journeys of womanhood, on transformative journeys to rediscover their true selves and embrace their innate wisdom. With a deep belief in the power of nature and the resilience of the human spirit, I offer a unique blend of coaching, equine-facilitated learning, and group experiences.
My passion is helping women in all phases of life re-establish meaningful connections — with themselves, their families, their teams, and the natural world. Through my work, I create supportive spaces for women to explore their identities, cultivate their leadership skills, and align with their purpose.
In addition to being a lifelong horsewoman, I have a BA in Teacher Education and more than 20 years of experience in the social services and non-profit sectors. I have worked with youth in the juvenile justice system and mentoring programs, and I have also served as a youth and parent coach, a riding instructor, and a group facilitator. Most recently I served as the Program Director of local non-profit, English In Action for seven years, leading a team of women in their work to bridge cultural divides and support immigrants to develop language skills. I am committed to my own personal and professional development and have participated in many trainings related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Restorative Justice, conflict resolution, leadership, and community organizing among others. I am a graduate of the Blue Mesa Transformational Coaching Program and am trained as an EQUUS Experience®, Girls Circle, and Mother/Daughter Circle facilitator.
My approach is grounded in authenticity, partnership, and community, guiding women as they navigate life’s transitions and embrace transformation. Three Trees Connections is founded upon my own healing and transformation work to integrate my love for humans, nature, horses, and connection.
Join me on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. We’ll unlock the wisdom of nature and unleash your full potential. Let’s embark on this transformative adventure—together.
Sarah lives on the Crystal River in the Roaring Fork Valley in Colorado with her husband, two sons, and animals. She feels most comfortable in her own skin when she is connected to nature, to those she loves and when she is supporting others to see their own wisdom.
