Welcome!
At Three Trees Connections, I work with individuals dedicated to creating positive change—non-profit leaders, caregivers, educators, and service-driven professionals—helping them reconnect with themselves, deepen their impact, and embrace their innate wisdom as leaders.
Through a unique blend of equine facilitated transformational learning, coaching, and group experiences, I create supportive spaces to explore identity, cultivate authentic leadership, and align with purpose.
In addition to being a lifelong horsewoman, I have a BA in Teacher Education and more than 20 years of experience in the social services and non-profit sectors. I have worked with youth in the juvenile justice system and mentoring programs, and I have also served as a youth and parent coach, a riding instructor, and a group facilitator. Most recently I served as the Program Director of local non-profit, English In Action, leading a team of women in their work to bridge cultural divides and support immigrants to develop language skills.
I am committed to my own personal and professional development and have participated in many trainings related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Restorative Justice, conflict resolution, leadership, and community organizing among others. I am a graduate of the Blue Mesa Transformational Coaching Program and am trained as an EQUUS Experience®, Girls Circle, and Mother/Daughter Circle facilitator.
My approach is grounded in authenticity, partnership, and community, guiding people as they navigate life’s transitions and embrace transformation and leadership in all aspects of their lives. Three Trees Connections is founded upon my own healing and transformation work to integrate my love for humans, nature, horses, and connection.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey of self-discovery and growth as a leader in your community.
